Awesome service !
They helped me out and managed to book me last minutes after my brakes overheated and failed on the highway. Had all parts in stock and even took the time to do an oil change AND repaint all calipers.

I put one star because I can't give zero. For 2 days now I have been trying to call the parts counter to place an order and the receptionist at the front desk tells me that the clerk is not available. She invites me to leave a message and that the clerk will return her calls. no returns after 2 messages in 2 days….
Probably the best for finding a reason not to honor a warranty.
If you want to be served go elsewhere.
And I would like to add that I did not refuse the estimate you changed me $80 for 15 minutes that you took to find a supposed water infiltration caused by the (original) spoiler, you have then assumed that it could have been installed "aftermarket" when we know very well that the ILX A-SPEC all have it as standard.
In addition, I checked the water in question myself and there were drops of anti-rust oil. So I understood that you were missing a mechanic that morning you didn't want to do it and even less under warranty. It was my first and last time.
